Gravity, the new album by THE DANGEROUS SUMMER, delves into the band’s journey and their reflections on the passage of time. Vocalist AJ Perdomo describes it as a surreal milestone, marking their seventh full-length record in a career that began 17 years ago.

Perdomo reflects, “Gravity is our 7th full-length record, and it is kind of surreal when you get to this stage of your career, there is a moment of reflection. I say to myself, ‘I am still here, doing what I love, creating with my entire being day and night.’ It has now been 17 years since I first signed to Hopeless Records while in my senior year of high school. I have seen the world. I have also felt the heavy weight of loss, and sometimes have put my unwavering hope into this unforgiving abstract art form.”

Alongside the album release, THE DANGEROUS SUMMER unveiled a new music video for “Where Did All The Time Go?”. This track, with its emotive melody and heartfelt lyrics, resonates with the universal desire to pause and cherish fleeting moments. The video features a montage of the band’s journey and live performances, enhancing the song’s poignant message about the passage of time.

In support of the album, THE DANGEROUS SUMMER is embarking on the Coming Back To Earth Tour, featuring special guests BAD LUCK and ROSECOLORDWORLD. The tour kicks off tonight in Richmond, VA, and will visit cities across the United States, including Orlando, Austin, San Diego, Las Vegas, Denver, Detroit, Philadelphia, and more, concluding in Brooklyn, New York. Tickets are available here.
