Couple of weeks ago, I got a chance to talk to Paul McKenzie of an amazing Vancouver punk band called The Real McKenzies. Mckenzies (under the name The Flying McKenzie Brothers) have done a secret show at the โFive Little Bitchesโ book launch event at the Patโs Pub. The interview took place inside the Pub, therefore the soundquality of the interview is not the best, but itโs listenable. Iโve played this interview on air and mixed it with some new tracks from bandโs new studio album called โWestwindsโ.
And as usual, in the end of the show, Iโve played some songs from the bands which are performing this weekend in Vancouver. Iโve played songs by Everyone Everywhere and Sharks! On Fire!, because there is a cool show at Tom Lee Music on Saturday featuring Sweetheart, Sharks! On Fire!, Everyone Everywhere, Bridges Out, Friends of 7.
