THE WILDHEARTS have announced that they are reuniting for at least one special performance at the at the Kentish Town Forum in London, where Ginger (real name David Walls) will celebrate his 48th birthday (December 17th).
The concert will mark the third time the band has broken up or reformed since their original formation in 1989. Special guests will be none other than Ginger himself, who will play a solo set prior to THE WILDHEARTS taking the stage (with a band consisting of Chris Catalyst, Jon Poole, Rich Jones, Victoria Liedtke and Denzel). Ginger‘s solo set will feature material from his fourth solo album, “555%”, which came out this past March.
Eighty percent of tickets have already been sold in the first week and this event is expect to sell out soon.
