UNITED AND STRONG – “Days Of Innocence” video

1 min read

Berlin hardcore band UNITED AND STRONG have debuted a new video for their track “Days Of Innocence”, to be featured on their upcoming new album and Eastern European tour, including their appearance at the amazing Mayak Fest in Ukraine.

Put aside every trend in hardcore music you have encountered the past years, this band is still playing the same moshy old school they played when they started in 2001. They prove that DIY, hard work, integrity and relevant lyrics are still worth something in today’s hardcore scene. Antifascist punk band UNITED AND STRONG have been around for 14 years and have toured through 20 countries, including Brazil and varous spots from the arctic circle in Russia down to the Bospuros in Turkey over to Portugal and in between.

Lyrics:

to those days of innocence, to those days that never seemed to end until they finally went, no strings attached, no looking back

how much hope can i carry
how much is still left
are my goals still as honest
are my intentions still the best

do i still stand for the things i promised that would never change
or am i just to blind to see, that my dreams moved out of range

to those days of innocence, to those days that never seemed to end until they finally went, no strings attached, no looking

back to the days where it didnt matter
that the road to failure never runs straight
if we go down, we go down together
so there’s a thing that will never change

and still there never seems to be, a reason good enough to stay
lets raise our glass to the death of regret

to those days of innocence, to those days that never seemed to end until they finally went, no strings attached, no looking back
