Boston’s VELVET ANTS serve a propulsive blast of a melodic and layered indie rock

1 min read

Boston based indie rockers from THE VELVET ANTS have teamed up with us to give you their newest track called “Prop Me Up”, a continually racing forward tune that expands the band’s space rock horizons and holds natural fluidity of its kind. The song comes from the band’s new album “Blacklight Press‘, out December 9th on Zeptune Records, and we’re thrilled to host its premiere for your listening pleasure.

The band commented:

Prop Me Up was originally a demo I released under the name Post Exchange. Back then it was called Vale and had sort of a Space Rock type sound. It’s sort of simplified here but I think the song carries well. One of my personal favorites.
