Formed in 2011, the five-piece hardcore/metal outfit WASTED BLOOD has built a growing fanbase with determined minds, DIY ethic (two self-released recordings), and relentless touring throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and South including shows alongside today’s best and brightest: CODE ORANGE, EXPIRE, TWITCHING TONGUES, HOMEWRECKER, to name a few. For now, 2 un-mastered songs from the recording can currently be streamed below.
Recorded by Andy Nelson at Bricktop Studios (Harms Way, Weekend Nachos, True Love) and mastered by Carl Saff at Saff Mastering (Cloakroom, Discourse, Mindset), the nine-track Void will see a 12” LP/Digital worldwide release late this summer via Escapist Records. The album will also see a cassette release by Toxicbreed’s Funhouse, on CD through Black Void Records, and a limited-vinyl release in Indonesia on Heartcorner Records.
Wasted Blood is currently booking a tour leading up to the release of Void as well as others to support following its release. Additionally, the band will be taking part in Escapist Records ten-year anniversary showcase at The Foundry on August 14th in Lakewood, OH.
