The official music video for “Shallow Roots” premiered at Alternative Press yesterday. “Shallow Roots” is the second single from WITHERED BONES’ newest release, For the Ones I Love, which came out on December 4, 2015 via Blood & Ink Records.
Russ Ullrich, the band’s vocalist, had this to say about the song:
“Some wounds take longer to heal than others, but we are at a stage in life where we won’t always have time to fully recover before facing another let down. This song is to remind anyone who has faced death, abandonment or insecurity to stay strong. Things will fall apart, and that’s okay.”
