Indie power pop / punk rock band YOUNG LEAVES have announced that their new 7” will be released via Jump Start Records later this year! Taste their stuff and read more below.

It has been a long time coming. Seriously. About a year ago, we announced that we signed a new band called The Young Leaves. The Holliston, MA natives were just about to embark on a US tour in support of their full length Alive and Well. Since that tour, the band has been on a bit of a roller coaster ride. With some of the dust settling, we are excited to announce their debut release on Jump Start.
The Young Leaves were selected to take part in a free recording session courtesy of Converse Rubber Tracks. The trio spent a day at Q-Division, in Somerville, MA, recording two songs completely live and they are their best sounding tracks to date. “Unreal” leads off the seven-inch and is their first new track since the release of Alive and Well. The b-side features a reworked version of an older tune titled “Stapled.” Warning: You will be head banging. The artwork was created by the very talented Ryan Ford and you can view it below.
We do not have an exact release date set but this will be available digitally and on vinyl this fall. Keep an eye out for song premieres, a release date, vinyl details, and pre-order information.
