Back in December 2011 Tony commented:
Starting next month, January 22nd I am going to start work on my next acoustic split with Joey. Except this time? 5 No Use songs and 1 new one I am going to try to write right before I record it. Never done that, should be fun. Anyway, I have my songs picked out and hoping on finding a deal out there on a Martin HD-28 to record with. Anyone? Happy new stuff and things.
I’ve decided the songs but I cannot say. None have been recorded or performed live acoustic before. ALL No Use songs, some old, middle and new-ish. I also have a new song I will be recording just for the split. I’m sure at some point Joey and I will make a tour out of this. I’m really excited for this thing! I cannot wait to hear it on a record player when it’s done…
