ANNA SAGE take chaotic hardcore to greater extremes with new single “Hostile Cage”

1 min read

Formed in 2012, Parisian chaotic hardcore quartet ANNA SAGE are about to release their debut self-titled album on April 15th, and today we’re thrilled to give you a proper teaser with the band’s new heavy single “Hostile Cage”.

Between post-metal, chaotic-hardcore and post-hardcore, ANNA SAGE was influenced by major bands of the hardcore scene such as Converge, Botch, The Chariot or Breach. On their new album, the band showcases their own blend of the mentioned styles, forging its own identity based on their signature take on fierceness, intensity, and melancholy.

The artwork, designed by graphic designer Romain BARBOT (IAMSAILOR), illustrates the oppressive, harsh sound of ANNA SAGE.

The vinyl version of “Anna Sage” will be released in association with several French and international labels, and through Klonosphere and Season of Mist for the digipack and digital distribution.
