Greek melodic post hardcore rockers SPINNERS draw their influences from late 70s post-punk, 80s underground hardcore, noise rock and 90s alternative rock, and their brand new LP “Operation: Breakout” is a a legitimate one of a kind amalgam of all these styles. The band have toured Greece and Europe extensively and have shared the stage with Dinosaur Jr, Obits, Membranes, Last Drive and numerous local bands, and after 12 years of developing this project, their story reminds us that in order to achieve something really noteworthy, we all could stand to be a bit more patient. I sincerely wish this to all the bands that are not encouraged to grow over time, but rather grab attention immediately.
