1 min read

“Impedance” by Atlanta based bleak, discordant metal/hardcore band MALEVICH marks the first track off the fifth and final installment of the 4way 7″ series “Meditations”, co-released by Zegema Beach Records and The Ghost is Clear Records. This chapter is called “Understanding” and today we have the pleasure to give you the first listen of the song below!

Also on the split is R Josef from Germany, Heel Turn from Alabama, and Wanderer from Minneapolis. Both labels will have pre-orders up in December.

Meditations

Lyrics:

He who offers crumbs
Self-gratified from beyond the gate

Your head held high in condescension
As they tear at each other just for a piece

While standing on broken backs
Our savior at last

Your service the way
“I lift them up”
Your ego can’t fix what’s been destroyed
“I lift them up”
