BARRACKS was formed in 2012 by ex-Acalmbefore members Simon Power, Kane Lazenby and Martin Mihaka. They recorded their first EP ‘We Are The Lions’ with Nathan Sowter (BRICK VS FACE, ANTAGONIST AD, BLINDSPOTT) and Zorran Mendonsa (COBRA KHAN, NEW WAY HOME). After touring the EP throughout the North Island, BARRACKS have spent the last year in the studio with Nathan Sowter writing and recording material for ‘Ghosts’. With the addition of members Judd Ipsen (Nightmares) and Tom Revell, ‘Ghosts’ is a post-hardcore inspired album thatwas released in September this year and is available via BitTorrent Bundle!
