Black Knives is a collective of 5 guys loving hardcore music, mosh parts, sing alongs, stage dives, boozes and parties ! The first EP, “The Rise” was released in 2012 and received a great feedback from the media and offered the band the opportunity to play great shows and festivals around Europe.
Black Knives then focused on the writting of its first full length “The Thirteenth Hour”. Late 2013, the band recorded the 11 tracks of the record at Mirror Studio, France, and collaborated on the mastering with Alan Douches in NYC (Hatebreed, Converge, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Madball, Architects …). The album is released on Spook Records and Useless Distribution (Europe) and Samstrong Records (South East Asia).
“The Thirteenth Hour” is the combination of explosive hardcore, metallic riffs and tights choruses. This recorded is dedicated to fans of Hatebreed, Stick To Your Guns, The Ghost Inside, Terror or Parkway Drive. The album features guest appearance of Sam Crocker from Antagonist A.D. (NZ) and Joe Kenney from Pay No Respect (UK).
