British crust post metal icons FALL OF EFRAFA release the first full practice demo recording of their first album, Owsla, and final live performance

FALL OF EFRAFA have shared the full stream of the first full practice demo recording of their first album, Owsla, featuring their final live performance.

The band commented: “Thankfully a high resolution version was found and remastered by friend and record producer Oskar Karlsson. This version of Owsla is very raw, recorded through a single mic, and has a number of slight differences from the final polished album.”

The second half of this album features the band’s final ever live performance.

“The audio line out from the mixing desk, thought lost to the annals of time.” – comments the band.

“Again, remastered and mixed by Oskar Karllson, the quality is better than we could have hoped for.”

We chose to call this record ‘Owslafa.’ In the novel Watership Down, the Owslafa are police, and subordinates to the Owsla. We felt this was a fitting name for the demo before the final superior recording!

This recording was released as a limited edition cassette tape boxset, now sold out.
