1 min read
THE CAULFIELD CULT have unveiled the first track off their new EP called “Half Empty”, recorded back in Septembe/October 2014, to be released this May on 7” and cassette via Miss the stars records, Lifeisafunnything records, Driftwood records and Sleep On It Records. They will be also announcing a tour next week! Stay tuned and dive into the new tune now!

Lyrics:

I play in a band you don’t know
will we get on a show?
will we get paid today?
will people come watch us play?
will they like our tunes?
maybe buy a record too?
will they remember our name?
probably not, it’s such a shame
we’ll never make it anywhere but if I stop trying today, then I might as well be dead
we’ll never make it anywhere but we made it here today, thousands of miles away, to play a door deal.
