Southern California Post Hardcore act DEAD END ALASKA have announced that they will be releasing the second half of their two part split series, “Friends and Family” with the Post-Metal band BLOOM from Riverside CA.
“Friends and Family Vol. II” will focus more on the heavier, darker aspects of both bands music compared to the more melodic, soft textures that DEAD END ALASKA and DEAD END SONS explored in Vol. I.
Fifty copies of the split will be released on cassette tape via True Will Records in two separate colors which is available for purchase. The split will also be available online for any amount of donation via the band’s bandcamp pages. All proceeds made from the Family and Friends Vol.II will be given to The Foodbank of Southern California. The pre-orders can be found on both Dead End Alaska and True Will Records‘ respective webstores.
