Germany’s groove giants, SLOPE, are back with some rad updates: A killer new video “Natural Born Quitter“, a chat with pro skater and Olympic coach JÜRGEN HORRWARTH, and a wild ride supporting BODY COUNT feat. ICE-T on tour!
The new video for “Natural Born Quitter” – aka “NBQ” – is a slick blend of on-stage madness, showing off SLOPE’s insane energy and stage vibes. Fabio from SLOPE says: “The official NBQ video is live now via Century Media. Hold tight to your dreams and don’t let anyone tell you what you can or can’t do.”
“Natural Born Quitter” is a banger from SLOPE’s latest album, “Freak Dreams,” which dropped in February 2024 and got mad love from fans and critics. “Freak Dreams” is a bold leap, mixing hardcore, punk, and metal into their funky rock groove.
Earlier this year, SLOPE caught up with JÜRGEN HORRWARTH, the German pro skater and Olympic sk8boarding coach at Skatehalle Berlin. They vibed on skateboarding, music, their impact on today’s youth, and the 90’s revival.
Plus, SLOPE is stoked to join the legendary BODY COUNT feat. ICE-T on the “Merciless” tour: “Yo homies, we’re supporting the mighty BODY COUNT on their MERCILESS TOUR through Europe & UK! We’re pumped!”
This tour is set to bring SLOPE’s high-voltage live shows to more fans, giving everyone a chance to catch their explosive performance up close. The tour kicks off June 5th.
