In the episode, GEL show us around the van, which has assigned seats, merch storage, and a variety of items, such as snacks, supplements, and the secret of their appealing presence – skincare products. Ha!
They share how the back of the van is usually filled with extra merch and stacked boxes that they have to maneuver around. Despite the tight quarters, they try to make the most of it and even use the space to work out using a kettlebell. We guess that’s why they’re ripped and looking fly when they perform on stage with all their sick moves. Check out some of their recent live shows below.
GEL formed in 2019 and gained attention for their aggressive sound and inclusive attitude towards new fans.
Vocalist Sami Kaiser aims to create a space for chaos and community at their shows. The band strives to make underground music accessible and their album, Only Constant, combines aggression with self-reflection.
GEL’s music encourages vulnerability and being true to oneself.
Only Constant is due out March 31st via Convulse Records.
