HEAD AUTOMATICA has just dropped their new single, “Annulment“, continuing the evolution of their sound, now steering into more sensual synth-pop territory.

It’s a clear departure from the rock-infused power pop vibes that dominated their early hits like “Beating Heart Baby” and “Graduation Day,” showing how far they’ve come since their debut.

Earlier this year, we wrote about The Palumbo-led project’s return with this fresh material after nearly two decades. The new single follows May’s release of “Bear the Cross,” both giving us a glimpse into the bolder, more electronic direction the band is embracing.

While the raw energy of their first albums is still felt, the focus is now on sleek, moody rhythms that make you move differently.
