MAJORITY RULE reunites; announce shows with PG.99 and CITY OF CATERPILLAR!

2 mins read

Political screamo hardcore punks MAJORITY RULE have recently announced their reunion and now it’s confirmed they will hit the road with the legendary screamo act PG.99, who will perform live for the first time in 6 years. The idea of the trek is exceptional, as every single show is a benefit gig! MAJORITY RULE commented on that matter:

Here is the whole reason we got back together to play a few shows. We wanted to affect this world we live in and thought we could do more with our music than as individuals. Thanks

The band will continue their reunion run alongside another influential screamo act, CITY OF CATERPILLAR, whose comeback is detailed at this location. COTY OF CATERPILLAR will release their first new record in 15 years. Details on that can be found in the main CITY OF CATERPILLAR / IDIOTEQ feed.

See all the tour details below and grab your tickets HERE.

MAJORUTY RULE and PG.99 released their iconic split record in 2002:

Amidst over 600 combined shows (over 100 together), this complex and explosive recording was done under the simple premise of friends in great bands working together to create something that all listeners can call their own.

PG.99 winds through this release with dark, poetic experimentations unlike anything they put to tape before or after.

MAJORITY RULE delivers on the flip side as beacons of conviction and urgency via an ultra-heavy delivery that holds to this day.
