Austin indie screamo freaks portrayal of guilt drop a new single today titled, A Tempting Pain, in the form of a dreadful music video – exclusively, at Consequence Of Sound (watch above). The track is from the trios forthcoming new full-length, We Are Always Alone, which drops on January 29, 2021 via Closed Casket Activities.
The band, who are setting the world ablaze with their unrelenting sound and setting the tone for 2021, comment on A Tempting Pain and the music video created by Los Angeles filmmaker and photographer, Michael Cukr:
‘A Tempting Pain’ is about the feeling of acceptance after an indescribable amount of pain — and accepting that the pain will never end. We’re stoked to have been able to work with Michael on the visual aspect of the song, as we are fans of his work. We wanted him to do his own thing creatively and I think it really accomplishes something unique.
We Are Always Alone is available for pre-order worldwide NOW via Closed Casket Activities in North America, Evil Greed in UK/Europe, and Deathwish in Europe/ROW.
Lyrics:
As I wander through the bitter cold,
my memories return for the last time.
I’ve lost myself in solitude.
My time is now.
Into the grave.
My body molds.
