TOMBS / 16 October dates [UPDATE]

Brooklyn, NY’s TOMBS have announced a two week co-headlining tour with Los Angeles, CAmisanthropic sludge rockers and label-mates –16-.

The east coast / midwest two week run kicks off on October 13th in Pittsburgh, PA and runs through October 27th in New York City. TOMBS vocalist / guitarist Mike Hill commented on the tour: “Its been far too long since 16 has played on the East Coast. I feel fortunate to be part of this.“ -16- guitarist Bobby Ferry also chimed in saying “We’re excited to (finally) be going back to the east coast and midwest. Getting to play with Tombs every night makes it even better.”

Additionally, TOMBS recently released a brand new songs to tide fans over while they write their follow-up to 2011’s critically acclaimed Path of Totality. The song “Ashes” is available as a limited edition flexi-disc in the latest issue of Decibel Magazine and can currently be streamed via Metal Sucks here. The band also recorded two cover versions of the David Bowie classic “Heroes” which are both streaming via Ghetto Blaster Magazine here. Path of Totality can be streamed in its entirety here.

TOMBS were also just confirmed for Decibel Magazine’s 100th issue show to take place on January 19th in Philadelphia, PA and featuring PIG DESTROYER, MUNICIPAL WASTE, REPULSION & EVOKEN! Tickets for this special event are available here.
