“Counting Leaves” by German emotive screamo / post hardcore act WE HAD A DEAL was one of those records that snatch elements from the past without losing their touch and sounding generic. I love to call it the sound of a genre refreshed and more and more European post hardcore bands prove that we’re witnessing a whole new wave of this sonic movement.
