Central Massachusetts Hardcore outfit WISDOM & WAR dropped their brutal new single and video “GLOOM”. You can check out the video and stream the song above.

“GLOOM” will sound familiar to fans of modern acts like Vein and Code Orange, but is all together original in its approach. Wisdom & War represent CMHC with an undeniable style influenced by classic nu-metal and hip hop along with classic heavy hardcore, and has the guts to do it their way. The songs serpentine guitar riffs weave in and out of a frenetic groove that builds to an anguished breaking point courtesy of lead singer Chanel’s caustic vocal performance – inspiring a sense of dread that we have no doubt will translate into violence on the dance floor. The official video adds a haunting visual narrative to the track and emphasizes the personality of the band.
