Mixing 80’s American hardcore in the vein of Boston Stranglers, Protester and Trash Talk, with metal influences and a slightly Italian touch, “No Redemption” from Berlin based SPUTA is a wild mixture of different shades of ruthless, hateful and uncompromising hardcore, engineered for pit starters and stage diving lovers. Today, we’re giving you a fresh taste of the record with the band’s new jam called “Endless Circle”, accompanied with a music video below!
“No Redemption” is co-released by Goodwill Records, Abnegat Records, Passion Means Struggle, Fresh Outbreak Records, La Agonia De Vivir, Sedation Records, Mastice Produzioni and Choices Of Your Own on July 10th.
Comments the band: “”No Redemption” has been recorded in a DIY Studio in Berlin with our friend CrofX. The guitars have been recorded at Death Star Studio in Italy, while mixing and mastering has been done by Will Killingsworth, Dead Air Studio, Massachusettes.”
“Even though most of us come from Italy and took part already in other bands, we met each other in the subcultural explosion that the city of Berlin is. Since one year of being together as a band, we played in almost every Squat and House Project in Berlin, met amazing people and developed a strong connection with the hardcore punk scene. No Redemption, our first Full Length Album, is the final product of these life experiences.”
“We started rehearsing together and writing songs last year. In general, we are all settled in Berlin. As we started playing together, everything happened pretty spontaneously. We did not plan to sound like a specific band, so we have been trying to find our dimension within the possibilities of the genre.
We were supposed to tour Germany in April with our mates Riflesso, from Cagliari, but, and we had other gigs planned with our friends The Seeker and Schwach, due to the COVID 19 outbreak, we were forced to cancel it. Right now, there is still some uncertainty regarding booking new gigs, so we are waiting until the overall situation will be clearer. The COVID 19 Outbreak has been a big bummer for many reasons, at the same time, we think this could be a chance to rethink society in many ways in order to deviate from the path of Self Destruction awaiting us.”

We have been helped in so many different ways and we can only be grateful for it. The beauty of being part of the Hardcore Punk scene is when it becomes part of some aspects of your life that are not related to music, and thatΒ΄s what happened to us, here in Berlin.”
