NORTHERN NIGHTLIGHTS are a relatively new band forming in mid-2013 in the rainy East-end of Glasgow, Scotland with a mission to expand the pop-punk genre, by writing songs about: space, the universe, and social problems as opposed to heartbreak alone.
The band’s new single “Blind Ambition” was recorded in a home studio, mixed for free and mastered by Jesse Cannon (TRANSIT, MAN OVERBOARD, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN)!

“Our blend of fast pop-punk and breakdowns with our lyric content gives off an ‘If your favourite scientist was a pop punk kid in a band’ sound. We are currently promoting our new song “Blind Ambition” through upcoming shows throughout Scotland as well as constantly writing, recording, and releasing as much material of ours as we can.
