BARTEES STRANGE shares sensual new single “Daily News” – tour dates available

1 min read

Bartees Strange has become one of the most captivating and talented rock musicians globally since releasing his debut album “Live Forever” in 2020. His second album, “Farm to Table,” released in 2022, brought together a diverse range of textures and themes, from hip-hop to sun-soaked indie glam, demonstrating Strange’s ability to shift between styles. He pours his heart into his music, including hair-raising concertos about his hometown, Black pride, heartache, and self-love.

With a bonus track from the physical release of the album, “Daily News,” now available on streaming services, it is proof that Strange is an exceptional musician with an electric, commanding stage presence.

“This song has lived many lives. For everyone who’s heard a version of it I hope this one makes you feel at home. S/o to my friends in Stay Inside for helping me figure it out over the years, and to the folks who helped me pull it together again. This was my first recording I made when the pandemic started, April 2020.” – comments Bartees.

The song comes as a sensual blend of alternative rock, synth pop, indie and post rock, with shining guitars and cascading breakdowns of octaves and horns that complement Strange’s soulful vocals.
