BURNER showcases a brutal blend of metalcore and chaotic, metallic hardcore with new single “Pillar of Shame”

1 min read

“Pillar of Shame” by BURNER paint a vivid picture of a dystopian society struggling under oppressive rule. The new track just landed online and it marks an excellent follow up to their previous single “Prometheus Reborn”.

In the chaotic, brutal new offering, the image of thousands of hands reaching up to a red sky symbolizes the desperation and hopelessness felt by the masses. The faded slogans on waving banners suggest that the principles and values of a past era have been lost or forgotten, and the people are left seeking forgiveness and clinging to their beliefs.
