Converge, the American metalcore icons, has announced a series of shows around their appearances at two major festivals, Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple, with support from Brutus and Frail Body. However, that’s not all that the band has in store for their fans. According to a recent Instagram post by drummer Ben Koller, Converge has begun working on new music.
This highly anticipated project will be the follow-up to their 2017 album “The Dusk In Us,” or their collaborative 2021 album “Bloodmoon: I,” depending on how one is keeping track. Koller has even teased that the upcoming album may feature the heaviest riff of Converge’s career, which has left fans eager with anticipation.
