Formed in 2012, Hungarian hardcore/metal band OAKEN have debuted their new monumental record called “King Beast”! Released digitally and on 12” through Alerta Antifascista Records, the record sounds phenomenal and serves a deeply cathartic experience. The band constantly finds new ways to stimulate our brains and this new effort is another proof of their unique approach to extreme art. King Beast is a meditation on megalomania, animosity and egoism spanning over eras and continentes. This record concentrates entirely on destructive actions of historical figures withour phrasing merely criticism. The lyrics were inspired by ivan IV Vasilyevich, Saloth Sar, Idi Amin Dada, Nero Claudius Ceasar Augustus Germanicus.
