Dreamy slacker rockers CHARM share charming new album “Stained Glass Garden”

1 min read

Acrobat Unstable Records is excited to share the debut album from CHARM, “Stained Glass Garden,” a dreamy rock experience and a warm summer breeze to the ears. Which you’re gonna probably need, considering the extent of the weighty and somber content we presented earlier this week.

Charm is known for their modern take on 90’s indie rock, pulling influence from Dinosaur Jr and Pavement, while also adding in a taste of modern pop influence. Mended together with strong leads and memorable choruses across the release, the upcoming full length leaves nothing to be desired for fans of the band’s mountaintown peers MJ Lenderman and Wednesday.

So, put on your walking shoes, let the sun shine on your face, and get ready to be transported to a stained glass garden of musical bliss. Oh, and scroll down to check out the band’s oicks for top releases this year, a special list that they shared with us to celebrate their own offering!

Top 2023 releases so far – by CHARM:

This is why – Paramore

Awesome energy and fresh sounds.

Stress Fractures – Stress Fractures

Love the blending of genre paired with great production.

134 – Come Clean

CC have been long time homies. Fully realized, great sound and feel.

NEVER ENOUGH – Daniel Caesar

Daniel Caesar always bring a perfect melancholy to his tracks. This record delivers fully on that.

SOS – SZA

This album barely misses the cut for 2023 but it’s too good not to include. SZA has always brought something fresh to the mainstream. Unapologetic lyrics mixed with production that always seems to induce a hint of nostalgia. One of our favorites for sure.
