The gruelingly intense debut LP by Providence, Rhode Island powerviolence/hardcore quartet, FUCKING INVINCIBLE, It’ll Get Worse Before It Gets Better, is out this week, and is now streaming in full via Noisey.
A collective formed of musicians with time expended in Daughters, Dropdead, Soul Control, Sweet Jesus and more unite in FUCKING INVINCIBLE, their most enraged societal attack yet in this outfit, and following several rogue EPs, the pack now unloads their first LP. Murderously high-speed blast attacks in strict synchronization with beheading breakdowns consume It’ll Get Worse Before It Gets Better, an album many times more intense than it is brief, seeing the band jamming fourteen unhinged songs through your throat and out the back in barely as many minutes, recorded by Will Killingsworth in March at Dead Air in Western Massachusetts. Vice’s music channel, Noisey, is currently hosting an exclusive full stream of the album now, warning all that the band is, “committed to blowing your fucking head open with their nihilistic, blast-ridden, breakdown-heavy hardcore destruction.”
Orders for It’ll Get Worse Before It Gets Better can now be placed in North America via Atomic Action! Records — limited to 1,000 copies with 300 on colored vinyl, all with an instant download included – RIGHT HERE. The European pressing is available via Reflections Records in a run of 500 copies, with 100 on colored wax, available HERE.
FUCKING INVINCIBLE has just announced a stack of new tour dates through the rest of Summer, mostly concentrating on the East Coast and joining bands like Oathbreaker, Cult Leader, Graf Orlock, Dropdead, Jerry’s Kids and more in the near future, in addition to having been confirmed to take part in Bad Ass Weekend 5 in Houston this February. Additional live actions will be announced sporadically in the months ahead.
