Greek power-rocker Frenzee have recently dropped an exciting music video for their fresh cut, “Sane To Insane“. The track features on their self-titled debut EP under the banner of Ouga Booga and the Mighty Oug Records, a label spearheaded by Greek stoner-rock trailblazers 1000mods.

The just-released visual accompaniment treats viewers to behind-the-scenes footage from Frenzee’s recent European tour with 1000mods, interspersing vibrant off-stage moments with electrifying live performances.

The EP, recorded by Aristotelis Telis and mixed by Nik Chimboukas at Spin Studio in Long Island City, NY, was mastered by industry legend Roger Lian, known for his work with big names like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Nirvana, Sting, Jeff Beck, Soundgarden, Jeff Buckley, Beastie Boys, and David Bowie.

The seven-track collection offers an invigorating fusion of punk and rock n’ roll, punctuated by irresistible hooks and roaring guitars.

Frenzee, a dynamic punk-rock trio with roots in Melbourne, Australia, and now based in Crete, Greece, comprises band members Apollonia, Adonis, and Nick. Their diverse musical influences range from AC/DC, Nirvana, and Rage Against The Machine, to Prodigy, Motörhead, Fugazi, Dinosaur Jr, Green Day, and Annihilation Time.

The 2020 pandemic provided the band an opportunity to consolidate ideas that had been brewing over the years, leading to a curated selection of songs for their debut EP. These songs were brought to life in their home-based studio with the assistance of their close friend and sound engineer, Aristotelis Telis.
