AGE OF PANIC, an up-and-coming metallic hardcore band from Lexington, Kentucky, have shared their new EP, “Blades Drawn” via Restricted Airspace Records.

Coming up two years after their debut 4-tracker “Fragments & Reflections“, the new release marks a powerful entry into the metalcore catalogue this year, as the band merges the aggressive energy and bleak atmpshere of old school metalcore with a modern twist.

Defined by an abundance of layered riffs, unyielding energy, and a fierce, confrontational atmosphere reminiscent of Spartans gearing up for combat, this EP is definitely worth exploring this week!

To celebrate this momentous occasion, AGE OF PANIC has announced an EP Release Show taking place on June 9th at the popular Girls Girls Girls Burritos venue.

The “Blades Drawn” EP will be available in both digital and physical formats, including tapes and CDs. Fans can purchase physical copies via the Restricted Airspace Records webstore or at their live shows during their upcoming tour with FromJoy. Check out more details regarding their upcoming shows in the flyers below.

With “Blades Drawn,” AGE OF PANIC demonstrates their ability to create a distinctive sound that pays homage to the metalcore genre’s roots while simultaneously incorporating contemporary elements. The result is a collection of tracks that are both innovative and familiar, making for a captivating listening experience.
