Long Beach hardcore band ’92 drops debut track “Culture”

1 min read

In Long Beach, CA, politically charged hardcore five-piece band ‘92 makes an impactful entrance with its first single “Culture,” released under Rude Records.

Frontman and main lyricist Jabril Ward commented:

“Upon hearing Nick (drums) and Brandon’s (guitar) demo, I immediately sensed the need for gritty lyrics to ride the wave of that intense riff. “Culture” isn’t just a record—it’s a bold proclamation of abduction, theft, and the consequences of generations internalizing the brainwashing embedded in their family tree and bloodline. It’s rebellion in the name of liberty.”

The members of ’92 comprise Jabril Ward on vocals, Brandon DeVincenzo and Cole Patterson on guitars, Quinn Barnum on bass, and Nick Sturz on drums.
