Midnight Souls

Here’s the official release:

After the release of their self-titled 7” Midnight Souls has played a ton of shows, went on two European tours and grew immensely as a band. Now, upon the brink of releasing their first full length “Going Through The Motions”, the band didn’t simply take another step…. They made a giant jump! We rarely worked with a band who, within a year after their debut EP, grew so much and can already measure themselves with the best in their genre. MIDNIGHT SOULS is capable of doing so. The sound and songs that they portray on “Going Through The Motions” is the absolute best in ‘modern’ hardcore and puts the band right up there with Defeater, Touché Amoré, Modern Life Is War and American Nightmare.

Going Through The Motions will be released on LP, CD and Digital on February 27. More info and pre-orders (limited colored vinyl and special CD version!) coming in a few weeks.

Midnight Souls took the stage for the first time in the winter of 2009 with no expectations and no idea how the scene would react. But after selling out their demo in a couple of months and numerous shows with international acts such as The Hope Conspiracy, Defeater, The Carrier, Dead Swans, This Is Hell and many more, it became clear that they tapped into something that was missing, something honest, something pure. Every show has been an explosive exposition of this pure honesty, leaving an impact on every viewer as they walk off stage at the end.
