Wrocław based THE DOG are back with new album “Avenge Us”, and today the band revealed the first new single from the record, an experimental rendition of their already original approach to hardcore. Check out the official video for “Camping in the Desert (of Life)” and leave your thoughts below.

Tracked and mixed by Haldor Grunberg (Satanic Audio), the record will be out on CD and tape on February 24th. Vinyl version will follow a bit later. On this release, the band is working with Arcadian Industry (CD/LP) and Lower Class Kids Records (MC).

Lyrics:

You’ve been misguided
By the wound that’s on my face
I’d love to tell you something
Only if you could understand

We never want to be alone
But the others make us weak
There’s a mistery in solitude
Provided by bad things

Looking at my fingertip
Like it’s even not my flesh
Looking at my fingertip
Like it is on fire

If there’s no God
Then who’s gonna take his place
Maybe you should try
Make your statements sound like judgements

Being here won’t let you forget that the ground is near

Sting is playing on the radio
And we’re about to crash
Thinking of our parts
Like they’re set ablaze
