WTF Records is a Dutch hardcore punk label founded in 2007, and its distro is older than the label. The distro dates its start to some No Turning Back CDs taken to Only Attitude Counts’ tenth-anniversary show in Vienna, and it now carries about 4,000 titles. The label’s releases run from old-school hardcore to punkier records, dark metalcore, heavy working-class hardcore and even ska-jazz.
Maastricht’s Downshot, a hardcore punk and rapcore band formed in 1995 in the M-Town Rebels scene, split in 2004 and came back with “Endgame” on WTF. From South Holland, Get Some put their debut album “And Then You Die” out on CD with the label, moving from beatdown hardcore to fast thrash metal. French metallic hardcore band Beyond The Styx released their third album “Sentence” on CD and vinyl through WTF, and Massachusetts trio Brix’n Mortar, whose vocalist and bassist Troy Schoeller once led Razors in the Night, issued their debut album “Something Ain’t Right” there in 2023.
