Boise, Idaho-based hardcore outfit Witness Chamber has just dropped their heavyweight new single “Of The World,” announcing their forthcoming EP, True Delusion, due out on August 18th via DAZE.
This new release builds on the metallic sonic architecture of their 2021 EP, Paradise Awaits, presenting six guttural and thought-provoking tracks. True Delusion explores the maladies of human existence, from religious indoctrination to the manipulation of media.
The single “Of The World” encapsulates these themes, its aggression fueled by potent riffs, Chad Pingree’s hard-hitting vocals, and the piercing shrieks of guest vocalist Maximus Hall from Ego Death.
True Delusion was crafted in collaboration with Ryan Morgan (Misery Signals) at The Tonic Room, mixed by Taylor Young at The Pit, and mastered by Nick Townsend at Infrasonic Sound.
The band, consisting of Chad Pingree, Hunter Wahl, Jason Martinez, and Alex Marshall, is currently gearing up for their upcoming shows in Vancouver, BC, and Tacoma, WA in July, followed by Toronto, ON in September.
