ANIMALS AS LEADERS announce European tour

1 min read

Animals As Leaders, the innovative instrumental trio, have announced a new European Tour following the release of their latest album “Parrhesia” through Sumerian Records in March 2022. The tour will take place in November and will include shows in various European countries such as France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and The Netherlands.

Tickets for the tour are now available for purchase.

While instrumental music may not traditionally be associated with storytelling, ANIMALS AS LEADERS effortlessly defy such conventions. Their rich sonic concoctions of eight-string guitars, synths, and compelling drum grooves make them a favorite among diverse audiences, from metal enthusiasts to jazz aficionados.

Since their inception, the band has been lauded for harmoniously blending sheer technical skill with raw emotional depth. This musical prowess has seen guitarist Tosin Abasi earn acclaim in various outlets, from featuring on the cover of Guitar World to being hailed by the Chicago Tribune as “prog-metal’s answer to Eddie Van Halen.”

Adding to their accolades, ANIMALS AS LEADERS’ ‘Weightless’ album was featured in Kerrang!’s Best Albums of 2011 list. Their subsequent albums, ‘The Joy of Motion’ and ‘The Madness of Many’, also made notable appearances on the Billboard charts.
