Czech prosecutor contemplates on filing criminal charges against LAMB OF GOD’s Randy Blythe

The Czech news portal iDNES.cz is reporting that the police have completed their investigation of LAMB OF GOD frontman Randy Blythe related to the death of a fan in Prague back in 2010 and have sent the case file to the prosecutor with a recommendation that he be indicted and ordered to return to the Czech Republic to stand trial.

The report says a prosecutor will spend the next couple of weeks studying the case before making a determination on the singer’s potential criminal liability. A spokesperson for the the Municipal Public Prosecutor’s Office in Prague, Štepánka Zenklová, has said that a decision as to whether to file criminal charges will likely be made before the end of this month.
