Shortly after the recent excellent teaser of their new album “caos:calma”, emo post hardcore act NESKA LAGUN returned with the heartfelt second single “656/3” and its captivating video. This deeply personal song explores themes of survival, loneliness, and resilience during one’s darkest moments.
Inspired by a true story, it holds special significance for the band as one of their own members has lived through the experience.
The track is unique for several reasons: it features the powerful vocals of Büxe from .Leaves, includes the band’s first use of clean singing, and was created in collaboration with their friends in Boneflower. The enchanting essence of their tour is masterfully captured in the video by @jajajajaime and @micelmacua.
The song was recorded and mixed by @sunsetterstudio, mastered at @ultramarinoscostabrava, and features stunning artwork by @finn_martens_art_and_illu. The video editing and post-production were carried out by the band’s own @kovpad.
