Indie emo rockers TREEHOUSES Release Double A-Side Cassette Tapes

1 min read

Six months on from releasing COPING and ACKNOWLEDGE ME, Australia’s favourite spoken word band TREEHOUSES (see our recent interview HERE) are releasing a double a-side cassette tape of the two tracks through the American DIY label We’re Trying Records.

We’re Trying Records are based out of Austin, Texas, and have previously worked with the band for the release of their ROSES videoclip. The tape features both of Treehouses’ 2017 tracks, alongside graphics done by the band’s own Fiz Eustance.

Marrying indie folk, emo, post-rock and spoken word poetry, Treehouses’ came into their own in 2017 and have continued to impress following their East Coast tour and acclaimed single ROSES. Already in 2018 the band has been nominated for a WAM Song Of The Year award for their track COPING and have played RTR FM’s iconic local festival In The Pines.
