Emergence Records began in France as a non-profit distro at the end of 1996 and became a label in 1999.
Nine Eleven, a French hardcore punk band who engage with social and political issues, released “Sentinels” on a group of labels that included Emergence. Paris grindcore band Bain de Sang released their 2015 LP “We Are The Blood, We Are The Fear” through Emergence Records and Dingleberry Records.
The Put Pùrana / Tromblon split followed in 2024 through Emergence Records. In 2026, DÖGMËN added another release connected with the label.
