Long Island’s newest melodic hardcore punk sensation, Koyo, unveils their eagerly awaited debut album ‘Would You Miss It?‘, now available via Pure Noise Records. This release, a heartfelt fusion of punk, hardcore, and emo, resonates as a contemporary coming-of-age anthem for all generations.

The album’s early singles, “Message Like A Bomb,” “Anthem,” “You’re On The List (Minus One),” and “Life’s a Pill,” already created a buzz among critics from Stereogum, BrooklynVegan, Uproxx, and Revolver. Now, fans can delve into the full spectrum of Koyo’s debut. Marking the release, a new music video for the potent album closure, “Crushed” has also been shared.

Koyo, featuring members from Typecaste, Hangman, and Rain of Salvation, boldly steps into the spotlight, channeling the iconic sounds of their Long Island scene.

With echoes of Taking Back Sunday’s melodic expansiveness and Silent Majority’s gritty tunefulness, Koyo doesn’t shy away from their roots while showcasing a unique songwriting flair. The album, crafted by Markson (Drug Church, Taking Meds, One Step Closer), retains a raw, basement show aura amidst its expansive production.
